Pensum signs you in with Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or your email and password, on iPhone and Android alike. Use the same method you created the account with.

1. Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and we send a reset link if it matches an account.
2. New account? We email a 6-digit code to confirm your address. Type it into the app; tap Resend email if it has not arrived, and check your spam folder.

Pensum never charges you directly: the App Store or Google Play does, so you cancel there. In the app, Settings then Manage or cancel subscription opens the right page for you.

iPhone

1. Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions, then Pensum+.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap Pensum+, then Cancel subscription.

You keep Pensum+ until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel first. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. Switched phones? Tap Restore purchases in Settings.

In the app: the Today tab, the account icon at the top right, then حذف الحساب. Without the app, email us from your account's address. The delete-account page has every step.

In the app, open Settings, find Export your data and tap Export my data. You get everything you have logged as one file, and it is always free. If a very large export is cut short, the app says which parts; use the form below and we will send the rest.

Open the Coach tab to message a coach or a client you work with. To stop messages or report a person, open your conversation and choose Block or report. A person at Pensum reads every report.
